Real Estate | Filmed in Alabama | Documentary | EMMY® Winner (Southeast Chapter)
The challenge: Document the turnaround of a mobile home community in Alabama over the course of 2+ years to portray a real estate investment firm and the community they cultivate.
The solution: A remotely produced/directed docu-series that observes this long process in an empathetic way. The flexible remote production model and expert local crew made this shooting plan possible, which a larger crew or crew with travel requirements would not be agile enough to achieve.
